We had such a lovely experience at Leo and Loona Kids’ Park. My daughter had an amazing time and didn’t want to leave! The place is clean, safe, and very well organized, with activities that truly keep kids happy and engaged. You can really feel the positive and friendly atmosphere. It was a wonderful experience for both kids and parents, and we will definitely be coming back. Highly recommended!

Fantastic place👌👌👌 My 3.5 years old loved it. Soo many activities for kids!! My son was sooo happy he absolutely didn't want to go home, even after 4 hours 😁 I'm truly amazed but I agree, you need more staff inside. Kids have crazy ideas. We will definitely come again. Staff very friendly and smiling. My little son had great day today, thank you :))

Kids had a blast. The soft play wonderland is packed with attractions from climbing walls and trampolines to a ball pool, pedal go-karts, battle bridges, and more. It’s the perfect place for little ones to play, explore, and burn off energy in a safe and fun environment.

Is wonderful, all excellent, except for the guy that insist taking pictures of your kids and then sell you printed one without consulting.

We had an amazing experience celebrating my daughter’s 4th birthday. The whole team truly working with us every step of the way. With Zara being the one to kindly take our booking room and ensure we get the room/timing that we wanted. To Kizleen who was an absolute star she handled all the details and we were constantly communicating on WhatsApp from the background decor, to the schedule to all the food orders etc. she was truly so helpful! and lastly to Sheila and her team who ensured everything went as per the schedule and that everyone was satisfied. The kids all had so much! And my daughter’s favorite part was having the Elsa animator by her side when cutting the cake. The games were also so fun! Everyone enjoyed! The food was great for the adults too! My only thing would be to offer a package for the kids that offers pizza and nuggets! They only have burger options which barely any of the kids touched the burgers which was honestly a waste! Other than that everyone had a great time and everything was really well organized 🥰

Perfectly for the kids amazing…staffs are helpful enside the play area and also in family dining they are kind except for one lady fipina whose duty this time and she have an attitude she supposed to be nice to all the costumers..i ordered drinks to her but she just ignored me and didn’t even say anything to me and she turned back so i approached again another staff one guy to order. This kind of attitude must be avoided…thank you

So we visited Leo and Loona as we read some good reviews regarding the place. True enough the place was really nice. A lot of options for kids to choose how they want to play. The place was massive and also the cafe by the side is a really good touch for parents to enjoy some quiet time while the kids play. The staff were very friendly and assissted the kids to ensure no harm was done. Shout out to one of their staff named Phillip who was very accomodating to our kids. Thanks

Awesome place to celebrate your kids birthday! Chef Pradip did a very good job preparing treats for my guests in a very last moment . I thanked him personally! Staff is super polite, very friendly, with a big big hearts! My birthday party had around 60 people (more than 39 kids and their parents) and it went fabulius! Everyone is happy and we are happy! Went on a weekday at 5 PM. The area is nice and has lots of play zones—perfect for kids. They really enjoyed it! We spent about an hour there, which was just enough. The entrance fee was around 89AED. There’s a café/restaurant inside that looks really nice, but we didn’t get a chance to try the food.

But what really made our visit memorable was the outstanding customer service. Shiella went above and beyond to make sure we felt welcomed and taken care of. She was attentive, friendly, and genuinely cared about our experience. Her warm personality and professionalism added a special touch to our evening. Such an amazing play place! The best soft play area I’ve seen and having a full service restaurant attached is the cherry on top! I love that they have something for all ages.
