Terms and conditions
Prepayment is the confirmation of the Customer’s agreement, and implies the reservation of the list of specified goods and services
Minimum required quantity of kids for Silver & Platinum packages - 10 kids, for Gold - at least, 7 kids
The deposit for the event is non-refundable. In case of cancellation, the deposit can be used for park tickets and/or food and beverage credit for the à la carte menu. Full payment for the event must be completed no later than 3 days before the date of the event
Outside food and drinks are strictly not allowed in the park and party rooms
The order for the animation program, photoshoot, food and cake is carried out no later than 3 days before the date of the event
The allowed delay for the animator program is limited to 15 minutes
The extension of the party room duration is subject to availability
The customer undertakes the responsibility to provide supervision for the children attending the event and ensure that they follow the park's rules and regulations
Changes to the services mentioned can be made no later than 3 days before the date of the event
By booking the event, the guest agrees to the terms and conditions as well as the rules of the park
